Anyway. With that aside, voting Ness via Paralysis, Sonic has no answer to PSI in general. He also takes this with superior AP and intelligence.

Why? Would that revision remove Ness's 7-C tier? I don't remember that in the revision.

No, it's just adding abilities missing from his profile. This will include Self-Ressurectio (almost became Low Godly Regenerationn but even then, it would be very hard to fully kill Ness) and many resistances to hax (with that, he'll resist most of what Sonic has)

(I don't know if Probability and Fate Manipulaton will get through, but if it does, then it's an even bigger stomp)

(However, I do want to add more justification to Ness' Low 2-C tiering)
