Sonic & Shadow vs Mephiles & Infinite

Well Sonic has info on Mephiles since he remembers the events of 06 (granted he never fought Mephiles) so he can give Shadow a brief summary of what he knows, both know of Infinite..
And well... the two hedgehogs win, Sonic is above Infinite since it's Post Forces, we don't know how strong Shadow is at this point aside of weaker than Sonic...but both are laughably above Mephiles at this point especially with a Chaos Emerald at hand so Infinite has a deadweight as a partner.
Mephiles regen might be a problem but by that point Sonic and Shadow would just use Violet Void and Chaos Rift, Mephiles goes bye bye.
Then Sonic just has to beat Infinite which with a Chaos Emerald and Shadow's help it's a probably easier than last time, even more since this is Post Forces so he should be above Infinite by himself at this point.
So Infinite and Mephiles bites the dust.

He does know he can teleport people through time since he saw him doing it to Silver but fair enough.

Sonic and Shadow should be miles above Mephiles now, but Sonic's lack of knowledge on Mephiles would be problematic
Sonic is stronger than Infinite after Forces, and while we have no proof of Shadow also surpassing him as well, his techniques and abilities should be enough to deal with Infinite for a while, especially if Sonic helps him
