Wasn't the main reason Pre Genesis won was that he could purely breathe and Thanos was diagnosed with ded? What's stopping that here?

He can't passive hax Thanos here as he doesn't have Holy Manipulation like Pre-Gen Sonic, but he still does anything and Thanos dies.

it's confirmed already that sonic from post-gen is the exact same as pre-gen in nicoles memory log, he's actually far more powerful, he erased and shattered the dimensional matrices, strings, dimensional fragmentations to multiple time dimensions and just about anything related to his multiverse. he's also the embodiment of pure chaos energy in it's entirety and he has the ability to shift any confrontation no matter how bleak into his favor as stated by eggman and mogul.

also depends on what thanos chief, hotu thanos absorbs and hax rapes, no doubts about that one, infinity gauntlet could go either way except thanos is limited by the codex which would work to sonic's favor because he's a good guy, cosmic cube is pure contradictory but can also steal a w, so it can go either way really.
