Alrighty. Recently, I had a calc made by @Gilad_Hyperstar for the OVA's verse-wide lifting strength. Now it's been evaluated, its time to write up a CRT!
Lifting Strength
The calc:
4,327.4041426964569712263992714454 kg, or Class 5 for Guard Robots
25,964.424856178741827358395628673 kg or Class 50 for Metal Robotnik
Who scales:
Sonic, Tails, Knuckles and Hyper Metal Sonic for "At least Class 5" upscaling from the Guard Robots, while Metal Robotnik has "Class 50" for its weight
The only one who isn't part of the scaling is Dr. Robotnik himself, who has a scaling chain under his Guard Robots.
Sonic
Sonic is getting additional hax.
Regeneration (Low): Sonic quickly recovered from sustaining an injury from attacking Metal Robotnik.
During his fight with Hyper Metal Sonic, Sonic sustained injuries that left him struggling to move. Only for a minute or two later for Sonic to continue fighting Metal at top speed (the Super Peel Out). Sonic is completely recovered by the end of the film.
Seems Regen is already on the profile.
True Flight: Sonic has flown plenty of times throughout the OVA. Taking down a Crawlton, flying to escape Metal Robotnik's Spike Missiles, has complete control over himself in the air, casually flew over Robotropolis with Knuckles and Tails, and flew over clouds as Hyper Metal Sonic chased him.
Resistance to Extreme Heat: Laid a few feet from Lava and was completely fine.
Knuckles
Knuckles also gets a few additions
Underground Mobility and resistance to Extreme Heat: Dig as if he was swimming through the ground to create tunnels for the lava. Was so close to the lava that his hat caught on fire but he didn't notice till after.
