@Cal Holo Pearls = Pearl, theyre able to trade blows with and potentially poof pearl on their highest setting. They have not been oneshot by anyone weaker than Pearl on their highest setting, only those who are equal to or stronger than her or who are using a dura ngating weapon

Attack the Light says otherwise
Out of all the battles she's been through in the entirety of the SU franchise, she only uses it in one instance, that being the game in which the moves they use are chosen by the player... yeah, as I said, unlikely.

Pearl has been able to casually deal with them on every instance. Pearl got poofed by being very off guard. Steven is undoubtedly weaker than Pearl, even with his powers unlocked. And even on their highest setting, they still got one-shot by the Boomerang Blade, or S1 Steven throwing a gosh darn broom. They have literally always been instantly one-shot. Plus they still clash with Connie and don't instantly overpower her through the sheer AP gap.

"Its singing voice is its chief weapon in battle. This Pokémon's Trainer must prioritize the daily maintenance of its throat at all costs."

This doesn't heavily imply that Primarina's voice will be damaged in the space of a single battle, no. Also, both Liquid Voice and Torrent boost Primarina's power to make the gap even wider, and Pearl doesn't seem to have a defence for Sleep Manipulation.

Primarina should take this

Seal should be capable of achieving victory in this hypotetical battle against Genderless Mineral for the justifications presented in the previous responses to this thread; she can heal with Aqua Ring, nerf Pearl with Charm, Icy Wind, Bubble Beam and Baby-Doll Eyes, put her to sleep with Sing, one shot Holo-Pearls with Hyper Voice (which she won't even need to do, since Pearl doesn't use Holo-Pearls in character anyway), and after doing all that, she does this.

The results have been added to the appropriate profiles, so this may be closed.
