The Sword of Acorns can drain people with a touch. Gohan doesn't need to use an energy attack for Sally to make effective use of her Absorption.

Considering speed isn't equalized here, Sally would be MASSIVELY faster than SSJ2 Teen Gohan and would destroy him for reasons above and Mind Manipulation.

If Sally has the Sword of Acorns (Thank you Random1201 for that comic page to convince me), and the speed is not equalized here, heck, even if is was equalized, I would vote Sally to be able to beat Gohan at this state. Maybe if it were a later state, than the speed might allow him to avoid the Sword long enough to deal her in. But in his state after the Cell Games, he wouldn't stand a chance.
