I think the power difference is too big for it to matter, in Dragon Ball, the more Ki you have, the less the abilities affect you, if the enemy is too weak. Also, Superboy's page states that if his concentration is broken, he turns vulnerable, and Ultimate Gohan is more aggressive in this form than the others, so he would likely charge head on against Superboy.
