What if the person afflicted by the Death Note is not affected by heart attacks? (Assuming they don't have a heart/Resistance to heart attacks/Something that prevents heart attacks and Light wrote their name in to have a heart attack) and how would an immortal be affected by the death note?

No I don't think a person without a heart would die of a heart attack lol. Immortals can't be killed by Death notes either (remember Ryuk). Death note is said to work only on humans and it's unlikely to kill a character with those given scenarios.

I can only assume that the person would die of another cause but that has never been stated.
