Some new G upgrades

This upgrade is simple one....Showa MechaG can take King Caesar reflected beams which are 10x times stronger than the original

5.350e+41 Joules x 10 = 5.25e42 Joules

Zone Fighter also fought Super Jikiro at the end of the series who is stated to be ×10 times stronger than Jikiro.

MG1 is stronger than King Ghidorah 2

MG2 is stronger than the previous Mechagodzilla 1

So technically, they should be High 4-C.

The scaling chain is

Ghidorah 1>Godzilla=MG 2 (second movie)=5xMG1>Ghidorah 2>Gigan>Super Jikiro=10x Jikiro

Both Godzilla and Zone Fighter being able to match x10 stronger enemies like Mechagodzilla and Super Jikiro is consistent with their training.
