With a spell from Masters of the Night-Wind tribe, he can send an escaped souls back into the leylines again easily, something like that was very difficult to do as Ororon said.
• Power Bestowal, for Citlali
As you can see it
With her spell, she can share some of her senses with Traveler and Paimon so they can see the Phlogiston Trail, with the side effect being that Traveler and Paimon are able to hear Citlali's minds.
• Citlali having all Ororon's Abilities
Ororon is Citlali's apprentice, so of course she taught all Ororon's tricks or abilities.
• Memory Manipulation, for Citlali

with a ceremony from her tribe, she can see the future and has done it to see the future of Mavuika, and the result is Death.
