Grima via better hax, and intelligence. They're pretty much equal otherwise.
 
Grima doesn't really use hax in his fights though (Then again, the fight itself was filled with PIS imo)

That is true for the major hax such as BFR and Soul Manipulation, but Damage Reduction and Darkness manipulation should still give Grima the edge. Grima also still has the tactical advantage, so I'm still giving my vote to him for the reasons mentioned.
