So this is my first time on this thread. I’d like to say that Sung Jinwoo’s tier should be bumped up to at most low 1-c.

With the Cup of Reincarnation, Jinwoo’s world was reset to before Gates first showed up in the world, but Jinwoo still maintained his power and memories from the past timeline.

The Cup of Reincarnation would be considered a key point in his evolution because Jinwoo did maintain all his power from the previous timeline and doubled it by doing everything again in the new timeline by defeating the Monarchs before Gates could fully exist at a faster rate so the rest of humanity didn’t become hunters until Jinwoo’s war with the Itarim in Solo Leveling: Ragnarok.

Even before that, Jinwoo did fight the entire army of the Titans, who did try to fight the Rulers prior, only to be chased out by the Army of the Heavens. But their power was still considered a threat since they travel dimensions to consume the rocks of planets that sustain life, and they’ve been doing it for a while at that point. Not only was the army massive in number but they were still big enough to rival the size of Jinwoo’s shadow giants. However as stated by, who I assume, was their leader, the Titans weren’t even at their strongest, as they can to decrease in size to use their full power and the leader was effectively one-shotted by Bellion. Not only were they defeated but they were all added to Jinwoo’s potentially infinite shadow army. Their power should be roughly around 5-A to 3-B.

Then comes Solo Leveling: Ragnarok which takes place a couple years after the epilogue chapter where Jinwoo and Cha left earth. Jinwoo, as of the beginning chapters of Ragnarok is stated to be in an all out war with the Itarim, who are stated to be outer gods that created all of existence in Solo Leveling. By your fandom’s tiering system, that would put the Itarim themselves at Low 1-C at most and Jinwoo’s power is considered such a threat to them that even that faintest signature of his power that is part of his son Suho makes the Itarim Apostle shake in fear.

By that logic, Jinwoo in Ragnarok should be somewhere between 2-A to Low 1-C, because unlike the Absolute Being, the Itarim seemingly possess infinite power since they created all of existence and Jinwoo has been, and still is, fighting them for over 27 years in the dimensional gap, which is the equivalent of 2 earth years and then returned to earth to live his life, marry Cha, and have Suho, before going back continue the war after giving Cha her 16 year wedding anniversary gift.

You know speaking of the Titans. Im pretty sure it says they devour stars in the raws ive just been to lazy and forgot to get it translated.

The Titans’ power comes from them eating rocks from planets that sustain life, and judging by the army they came to earth with, they’ve consumed several dozens of planets. That’s somewhere in the ballpark of large planet to multi-galaxy level. There’s also the fact that they did have enough power to run up on the Rulers, even if they were chased off by the Army of the Heavens, they still were perceived as a threat that the Rulers sent their army after them.

The Itarim are stated to be the creators of the Solo Leveling cosmology. The first image we see of them is them surrounding a chess board with a black and purple dragon which represents Jinwoo. And Jinwoo has been fighting them for 27+ years before taking a break and then returning to continue the fight.

The Itarim created the Solo Leveling cosmology, because of how vast the verse is with the different domains of the Monarchs, Jinwoo’s World of Reprose, which is stated to be an infinite realm that houses over 10 million shadow soldiers in it, the Ruler’s home, the monster realms the Gates take Hunters to, the Dungeon Realms Jinwoo went through in his first life, the human realm, and the Itarim’s domain itself which is seemingly outside the verse itself since they perceive everying within the verse as a chess board with numerous chess pieces. The Solo Leveling cosmology in itself is severely complex.

So I guess you were right. In the manhwa itself they’re stated to eat rocks from planets that sustain life, but I guess the novel translation says otherwise.

If the feat really is "eating rocks from planets that sustain life" then that's somewhere between tier 8.

Rulers are like 6C so that's it

there are a lot of things that could be said from this, from what I remember these guys all create their own universes which could have a lot of issues on their own and deserve their own threads for people more knowledgeable than me

but fighting a bunch of Low2C/2C doesn't make you 2A or Low 1C

Superior to all of creation which consist of all concepts and dual foundational forces of being etc. and give determinism to all of it as something fundamentally higher. Though the god page will take a while since the cosmology page is getting worked on first.

Theres a possible mistranslation or further elaboration in the novel that the Manhwa doesn’t cover because I’m_here_to_teach sent the original text which I was able to translate using a translation app and one of the sentences said that they ate stars, as you can see in the reply before yours. So that actually puts them higher from where you scaled them. You scaled them at tier 8 when they seemingly are either Low 4-C, 4-C, or High 4-C.

He’s been fighting them for over 27 years with roughly a 30-40 year break before returning to fight them. Not only that but the Itarim are scared of him and his power, they’re so scared that they were trying to forcefully recruit people from Jinwoo’s home world to fight on their side, they were even scared of Suho, who does possess a part of his dad’s power that they also deem it a threat to be destroyed or a valuable asset if they could control him, which did ultimately fail.

The Novel is further in-depth than the Manhwa. Everything I’ve talked about came from the Manhwa.

I have made a cosmology thing. I haven’t posted it yet cause I’ve been finding other things and need to edit it. I’m too lazy though. I’ll get everything going once i finish reading shadow slave though (I have 400 chapters left) I don’t think it will take me that long (btw teach I told you I would finish it in a month if I was lazy. I have read 800 chapters since then.(that was 9 days ago) so basically 100 chapters a day.) you were supposed to continue reading
