Nope, Dialga is still a 2-B being with multiversal power. Solaris only has universe+ durability so it'd still be a stomp

It'd have to be Low 2-C Dialga if anything to make it fair.

Arceus won the last time and with upgrades, Arceus wins straight up. Solaris being Universe level+ in durability doesn't help matters since Arceus is multiversal now.
