i go with inconclusive, nothing of GER can really kill sol and sol cant kill giorno thanks to GER, a stallmete until giorno dies via starving/dehydration or via old age ^_^

So Acausality Sol Badguy vs Acausality Ger with both of them has no means to truly get rid of each other, so i think this is inconclusive.
