Like is luck (I mean as a sort of ability) a thing? Like a power where they are incredibly lucky. Like Pocoyoco.

We don't have general "Luck" as an ability. There is Supernatural Luck, but we only apply it to people who have a magic power or lore statements about being extremely lucky via this power. Or were made lucky by the power of God or something like that. But a character who is just famous for being super lucky throughout their entire series can't really be considered anything beyond plot convenience.

Yeah Supernatural Luck is what I meant apparently. Pocoyoco is lucky due to his Stand‘s ability to make him lucky.
