Very quickly, the current “at least multi-continental” ap scaling comes the world engines calc which should have the equivalent of high 6A or 3.4064969e+28 joules per hit.
However the method it’s destroyed in leads me to believe Man of steel Superman should scale to at least double its output.
This is because superman does it by flying through the beam to destroy the world engine, meaning he would need first equal the force needed to withstand the beam while simultaneously generating enough force to destroy the world engine which would be at least double its output.
In other words, while under the resistance/work equivalent to High 6A, he is still capable of producing greater force than the world engine.
This is even still a lowball because it doesn’t account for the fact that superman is stated to be canonically weakened by the particulates making earth’s atmosphere more like krypton.
Literally earlier in the movie he was so weakened by it he instantly fell down, bleeding and passed out. he could not even break out of regular kryptonian hand cuffs despite the previous fodder versions of himself being capable of shredding kryptonian steel like it’s nothing.
This would put MOS supes and those that scale at “at least Multi-Continental+” (6.812e+28 joules)
In Zsjl, Cyborg and Aquaman combine an attack to create a blast against Steppenwolf. This attack should be equivalent to cyborg + aquamans ap. (at least Moon level or 1.36e+29 joules)
Although it sends steppenwolf a couple meters back, it does absolutely nothing to his armor. Wonder woman and Aquaman are shown to be able to chip off little pieces and sparks from his armor WITH their weapons. Steppenwolf is able to equal and overpower their strikes with his electro axe, and lastly Wonder Woman’s Gauntlet clash is able to do far more damage to Steppenwolf than the joint attack ever could.
This tier of fighters would scale to Moon level ONLY WITH weaponry. This is consistent seeing as wonder-woman who is physically far inferior to doomsday can still chop him up easily, and why once Steppenwolf’s armor is destroyed, they can pierce and chop him off easily as well.
Superman however can destroy that armour with ease and do far more damage than the blast ever could with regular attacks. This should put blacksuit superman and those that scale (really only Darkseid) at least Moon level or 1.36e+29 joules physically.
Uxas should get a separate key from Darkseid as there is a quantifiable difference in their power. Blacksuit superman should also get a separate key since it’s confirmed by snyder he is stronger because he can absorb more energy.

Mos tiers should have “At least Multi-Continent +, Moon level with weaponry (if they have), likely Planet level.
Blacksuit Superman and Darkseid should have “At least Moon level, Likely Planet level”
