Snoopy upgrades

(English is not my main language and this is my first forum post)
I propose to make Snoopy 9-B by default considering the following:
-Has fighted World War II, someone who is already 9-B (April 7, 1972)
-Completely destroyed a mailbox
-While fighting with woodstock he destroyed a stone bird bath (February 27, 1977)
-Fell down a large tree and landed on his head
-Constantly fights Lucy who endured a brick falling on her head hard enough to make her flip
-Should be superior to Charlie Brown who ate part of a tree (February 25, 1977)

in addition i think Woodstock should scale to Snoopy due to the fact that he has survived hits from him multiple times (Really)

Those feats need to be calculated to be used. The cat seems to be scaled to Snoopy already though, so I don't know what's going on there.

Charlie Brown's travel speed seemingly scales to this Hypersonic+ baseball, so maybe kinetic energy calcs?

We can also get LS from the baseball feat.

The problem with this feat is that it's hard to know the exact path he took, which means we can't determine the distance the ball flew.

I mean... I could try to do an estimate, based on the Eiffel Tower shot. It's just that it's either going to be a low ball or a high ball. Either way, it's not really going to be (fully) accurate.
