Fight takes place in a completely abandoned version of Brasilia, Brazil. They will have no weapons except their rifles, for the first half hour. Speed is equalized.

So who's the best sniper?

I mean, their sniping skills are kind of irrelevant when some of the people fighting vastly surpass them in AP and Durability. Reki, Sniper Mask, Charles Whitman and Yumiya Rakko, the ones I'm most familiar with, use mostly regular guns.
