I agree with Ultima's points that abilities like Fate Manipulation can go but why Illusion Creation?

I believe it was because Maya has it by being the embodiment of illusions @Elizhaa

I don't think it scale from Maya's, it's likely scaled from abilities from Devil Survivor series or lower demons.

Well, the one on most profiles comes from Maya, so the part about bringing in futures should be removed.

Should I re-lock the profiles?

There is no need to relock the profiles. A while ago, we decided that the Tier 2 profiles from the verse were fine as unlocked and the Tier 1 profiles would remain locked. Cureently, all Tier 1 profiles have been locked and I can handled their page revision.
