a while ago I was told that joker vs Steve was done and joker won, and also that pure hearts Mario vs Steve was done and Steve won solely because Steves HDE, so recently I asked how joker got past Steve HDE if Mario loses because of it and someone said because joker has 4-D ap and hax, but wouldn't Mario also have 4-D ap and hax because he's 2-B?

No, your tier has no bearing in your dimensional level nor hax, you need showing of actually affecting 4Ds to hurt them, as in, range.

No idea, but you can always check the profiles and notes and stuff, it might explain stuff that ain't clear there.

Joker probably won because cognition manipulation is OP and i believe it is 4D or 5D
