This staff thread has been accepted. With it comes a much harder definition of what travel speed is
If a character travels or flies very fast through a very empty terrain, in which it doesn't necessarily have to react to sudden obstacles, the speed in question is travel or flight speed, but not necessarily reaction speed. In order for it to also be reaction speed, and the speed in total hence applying to the character's combat speed, the character either must have demonstrated the ability to react to sudden obstacles while traveling at this speed, have a calculation made that supports the character having corresponding reaction speed/time or otherwise demonstrate having comparable reactions.

Simply being able to stop accurately at the target destination does typically not qualify, as it can be spotted from a large distance to make preparations to stop or the character could even slow down before reaching the destination, assuming we only know the average speed with which they moved.

The Feat
Currently the MFTL+ ratings come from Green Lantern Ring movements and Superman flying to another galaxy within 6 hours. The only one that maybe requires MFTL+ speed is the ring when its scanning for people, but I'm unsure if that actually scales to anything.

Basically everyone currently scaling to Superman's speed rating, other than Impulse who has this explicate statement, will be moved down to "At least FTL. MFTL+ travel speed"

Unless anyone has any issues with the suggested new scaling.

Probably, he would've had to change where he was going mid run considering he didn't just straight up go over water or crash in the forests he was running in, but I'm not too sure if that would count as travel speed. I'm leaning on it probably working tho

Oh right the suggestions:

Superman
At least FTL (Can fly quicker than he could previously run. Reacted to a Green Lantern Ring which flew from the Moon to Earth), Massively FTL+ travel speed (Comparable to Green Lantern Rings which can move across Galaxies in minutes. Flew to Parallax) | At least FTL, Massively FTL+ travel speed
MMH
His final key will just be his second keys speed rating with an At least FTL rating
Supergirl
Her final key will just be his second keys speed rating with an At least FTL rating
Impulse
Keeps his speed
Black Flash
Scales to Impulse
Superboy
Scales to Supergirl, though without her flight speed
Nightwing
At least FTL (Comparable to other lanterns, who have shown similar speeds to Supergirl), Massively FTL+ flight speed(Lantern rings can travel across galaxies in minutes and have made round trips across star systems)
Cyborg Superman
Scales to Superboy and Supergirl. Though he lacks the latter's flight speed
Darkseid
At least FTL, with Massively FTL+ travel speed (Should be as nearly as fast as Superman)
Monitors
MFTL+is replaced with At least FTL
Doomsday
At least FTL for fighting Superman.

So MMH and Supergirl will be At least FTL with MFTL+ flight speed? If that's the case then everything seems fine to me.

For MMH I don't know. He's MFTL based on the sun calc, but I don't know if he has any MFTL+ evidence.

Also I noticed that as a weird artifact, all of their speed ratings are flipped except for the newer edited profiles. Like they show their travel speed first then their combat speed. We should probably flip those around.

Yeah that's probably a good idea to flip those once the revision starts as a whole. I mean currently he's MFTL for his first key then MFTL+ for his 3rd. It could probably stay that way with them just being flight speed and at least FTL movement
