Small upgrades for the High Tiers/God Tiers?

It'd make way more sense for G.O.D Toppo, SSBE Vegeta, UI Goku, Jiren, the Gods of Destruction, etc to be Low 2-C, likely 2-C. Toppo was able to not only shake the World of Void, but warp it completely with a basic Hakai, changing its color. Toppo also faught SSBE Vegeta who is about at the same level as SSB Kaioken x20 Goku based on how well they fought against Jiren, where as regular SSB Goku is Universe Level+.

I'm not pushing him up to general 2-C because of the distance that's involved in reaching this tier. Just putting him at Low 2-C, likely 2-C would be enough.

It is proof since G.O.D Toppo is far superior to heavily supressed Jiren, who was said in Episode 109 to be the strongest foe they ever met. This includes Infinite Zamasu.

Dende calls the space time that separates the hyperbolic time chamber and the living world as The wall between dimensions. Later when Super Buu is using vice shout while destroying the universe, Dende says that the wall between dimensions will break and will be crushed by alternate dimensions.

This actually proves each realm has a separate space time continuum and when Zamasu fused with U7 he became 2-C.
