So in the early chapters of the Post-Timeskip, during the G.O.H. tournament, Mori Jung fights a full powered Ahan Dan with all three Princes of Natak out. Previously, we rated this as 3x baseline since each brother scaled to the explosion of the Sage Realm. Later during the tournament, Mori Dan faces Mori Jung. In his base form, he is able to barely hurt Jung, but when he powers up into Mori Jin, the fight tips in his favor. Mori Jung then busts out an 8x multiplier, but gets one shot by Mori Jin in the end. We know this is possible because Mori Jin was stated to outright have an insane level of reactive evolution. I'm not going to throw links on that last part because it requires reading the entire last arc to get a perspective on Mori's growth as well as Daewi's "level up" theory. But anyone who has read the series already knows about Mori's reactive evo so it should be fine.
Now, I've done the math and 3x baseline 5-B is 178.32 Zettatons. That multiplied by 8 is 1.42 Yottatons. This means that by the end of the G.O.H. Preliminaries, Mori Dan should be 5-B+ in his Mori Jin state.
In the G.O.H. Finals, Mori grows in power yet again, and as such should be 5-A in base, and at least 4-C with reactive evolution due to fighting Fanimer halfway. Again, the same song and dance goes: Fanimer stomps Mori at first, but later gets stomped in return. Pretty consistent reactive evo.
This change would only affect one person other than Mori Dan; that being Mori Jung. Mori Jung with Jaebongchim would be 5-B+.
So to summarise:
Mori Dan's G.O.H Preliminaries key will be "At least Planet level, Planet level+ with Reactive Evolution, higher with Martial Arts and Mori Jin Form"
His G.O.H. Finals key will be "Large Planet level, at least Star level with Reactive Evolution, higher with Martial Arts and Mori Jin Form"
Mori Jung's G.O.H Preliminaries key will be "At least Planet level, Planet level+ with Jeahbongchim Acupuncture, higher with Re-Taekwondo"
