Small Super Shenron's Tier change

So in the latest episode (108) of DBS Whis states that Frieza could use the Super Dragon Balls to kill a God or anyone standing in his way and Beerus was losing it and even stating that Whis ment him.

Now I won't jump the gun and say Whis meant any god including Zeno as that would be stretching it a lot but since Beerus was dead scared about it and Whis stating no one is safe this should at least be enough for Super Shenron to be straight up 3-A, also including Beerus's statement that he could wish for Universal Destruction.

So what do you guys think?

I'm fine with Super Shenron being straight up 3-A for now with these recent statements being added as justification.
