What do you mean Missileman works like Judgement Chain? I think lying or defying an order would be an activation requirement rather then an emission ability. It doesn't seem like he's enforcing rules rather his attack begins when a target defies him in a certain way.

Missileman doesn't really emit rules on other people. It's just if you defy Welfin you activate his ability. It's kind of a weird distinction I know.

As for Subjective Reality.

Creation/Summoning: The user is capable of creating and manifesting objects and entities that aren't real at all, and only "exist" in the imagination and dreams of the user and/or other beings.

This is what it's listed as on the page. I'm not too sure honestly. I guess it could apply since Conjurers can create things like Blinky or Crazy Slots.

A Conjurer is broadly defined as someone who can create objects out of their aura.

They can also create spaces and apply their own rules

A Conjurer cannot create something overly supernatural however conjuring something that already exists is pointless. Therefore they must create special tools, equipment or objects from their imagination.

Most of the Conjurers we see can create supernatural tools/weapons. Blinky is a prime example.

I guess Subjective Reality is possible.
