Small Psykos/HE and BS Revision

I'm tired of all the OPM revisions, so I'll keep this as brief as possible.

Psykos prepared to kill Tatsumaki well before she unleashed her full power. Her attacks failed, and Tatsumaki one-shot her barrier, which lead Psykos to transform in an attempt to kill her.

So, Psykos scales above EC normally, and should get a higher/far higher with her multi-eyed form.

This is interesting because Psykos' quote that Homeless Emperor and Black Sperm could kill Tatsumaki came after the latter obliterated her Multi-Eyed form.

So here's the justification.

Attack Potency: At least City level (Believed she could kill Tatsumaki, whom she estimated to be capable of defeating Elder Centipede, and was surprised that her attacks didn't work), far higher with Multi-Eyed Form (Far stronger than before. Planned to crush Tatsumaki after she casually outclassed her previous form) | At least City level (Far stronger than Gyoro-Gyoro. Planned to use her amplified abilities to defeat Tatsumaki, who casually ripped apart her Multi-Eyed Form)

Makes sense, agreed. Personally I would give Psykos a ‘likely higher’ and keep the first part of her justification as “It’s stated that Gyoro Gyoro can’t even compare to her power,” just to illustrate the difference between them, but it’s not necessary.

Agreed, although I brought this up in my CRT and no one cared about it. So sad.

It makes sense because Gyoro Gyoro states she doesn't want to fight Post Rover Garou, wanting to save energy before the war. Since psychic energy doesn't exhaust you, it could mean she thinks Garou would give her some problems/damage her/force the puppet into Multi Eye form.
Edit: I forgot to finish the argument. Gyoro Gyoro told Garou that the power she was using was above Tatsumaki.

I think the Multi-Eyed Form can just be "higher". Her having confidence in fighting Tatsumak in that form isn't enough for "far higher".

In terms of durability, I think PsykoJet should downscale somewhat.

Drive Knight's able to harm her consistently (despite one-shotting Bishop with a larger beam), TTM with his body reinforced threatens her, and PPP damages a somewhat weakened PsykoJet.

Yeah, her durability should just be City level, no “At least” or “possibly higher.”

EC scaling is irrelevant here. Psykos believes that Homeless Emperor and Black Sperm together could beat anyone, including the level of power Tatsumaki bullied her Multi-Eyed Form with. She doesn't note Homeless Emperor alone, despite him being capable of High 7-A attacks, which is what made me wonder about that. If my musing is the case, that would scale Psykos to At least 7-B, possibly/likely High 7-A.

I'd say no. Psykos' Multi-Eyed Form was carved up effortlessly, so we don't really have any reason to assume she's even somewhat comparable to Tats here, while she believes HE is.

Not necessarily. This would apply to the Psykos amped by the elixir, and Psykosjet only appears after getting her shit rocked as Psykos-Orochi. When an esper takes severe damage and fatigues, their stats demonstrably drop as shown when Tatsumaki goes from fighting a 5-C character to getting clapped by Furher Ugly.

I know it's High 7-A, just me being woozy again.

I suppose PsykoJet only used energy attacks, and I was never a fan of Genos and Drive Knight's ratings being based on a glass cannon like PsykoJet, but accepted it because Genos is technically a glass cannon himself.

I'll see what the others have to think, but I think this makes a lot of sense with Gums being able to restrain Genos, while TTM could resist his bite force.

It seems odd to use HE’s High 7-A rating here imo, considering that his power varies and his High 7-A calc is for a charged attack.

Plus Psykos doesn’t say Black Sperm and Homeless Emperor need to work together to beat her, she just said that if they work together, they can beat her. If we keep that justification for Psykos, it should only give her a ‘possibly far higher’ as opposed to straight up ‘possibly Large Mountain level.’

I don't see what the difference is. If one can win individually, she would have said one, but she didn't. Psykos then goes on to portray the other demon levels as simple distractions to Tats.

Possibly far higher seems fair.

What do you think about PsykoJet? She's somewhat separate, but they were physically linked, so it's reasonable to assume the twist weakened both.

I agree that it’s reasonable to say she was weakened, but she definitely shouldn’t be drastically weaker than her base self, and certainly not Gyoro Gyoro.

Basically, she should still be At least City level in attack potency and just City level in durability (because she could withstand some of Jet Drive Knight’s shots without much damage, and Jet Drive Knight downscales from her AP).

Homeless Emperor's power isn't his own to be fair. So power sensing from Gyoro-Gyoro might not reveal he can do blasts that powerful.

Psykos doesn't have power sensing on her profile, so that might be something that needs to be added. Also, her Skilled Psychic Combatant entry under Notable Attacks/Techniques mentions her losing against Fubuki when that hasn't happened in the manga yet, so that needs to be removed as content from the webcomic.
