Currently she is scaled to Goku, who was upgraded to 3-B. It seems the changes from then wasn't applied to her profile. So she should be upgraded to 3-B.

Yeah, Son Goku (Dragon Ball GT) is rated as 3-B in Base during the Shadow Dragon Saga, and since I doubt he can suddenly hold back his power to 4-A despite never doing it neither before nor after, Six-Star Dragon should be 3-B too.

I think there is no need; we already agreed to the changes to be fine, the changes are largely uncontroversial, we did wait to get more inputs waiting around 2 days but none happened so I think it is fine to make the changes now.
