Small Game & Watch upgrade

Welp. DMC downgrade threads there, Digimon upgrades here, and now I'm doing some goddamn Game & Watch upgrade people.

As seen here, the speed and KE given by the Firefighters are of Supersonic+ and Room level. This would scale to these guys and Mr. Game & Watch.

I will have to re-calc my Game & Watch calcs eventually latter to match my new method I used for the Firefighter calc I used. But for now this should do.

This is quite a good upgrade, I mean it makes sense they have Supersonic+ reactions because they have to catch those civilians who literally jump dozen of feet away from the building
