Slight update for early one piece characters

Hello everyone! I remembered a feat from early one piece in the alabasta arc that should give several characters a slight update. Crocodile's bomb that was meant to explode in the capital was meant to destroy everything within a radius of 5KM, according to our page about explosions, a non nuclear explosion with a radius of 3.53 to 6.5KM is "small city level" and since Pell survive the blast while he transported the bomb (so it was point blank), then any character who can scale to him will become tier low7-B (characters from this arc such as Bon Clay or Daz Bones for example). Currently characters like Bon Clay or Daz Bones are tier 7-C. So yeah not the update of the century but it's still better than nothing.

The explosion is Small City level

But Pell didn't take the full yield of the explosion

His durability scales and we already scale people off of it, like Robin
Attack Potency: Town level (Casually dispatched Pell, who took an explosion of this magnitude, without taking a single hit)

But the full yield of his durability isn't equal to the bomb

Thanks for telling me! I thought being near the bomb meant you took the full blow

yeah that's a common misconception.

Explosions move omnidirectionally, and unless you're wrapped around it or the explosion happens inside your body or something, it's hard to ever scale to the full yield of an explosion

Yeah that's logical now that I think about. While I'm at it ... sorry if it's off topic but I may create a CRT thread soon but I'm wondering something (that's related to that future CRT) I wonder if there might be a speed correlation between a character creating an AOE (omnidirectional) and a character using a very classic attack (an energy projection/a beam). I ask that the AOE's spreading speed is in the quadrillion times FTL range which would make several characters form the verse I'm thinking about incredibly faster than what they currently are.

speed varies for blasts and explosions, so i can't give a definite answer, but good luck with that
