Mortis is lvl 11 and has Survival Shovel, Coiled Snake, Shield and Damage Gears too (if you don't know what it means, check it here, except the gears, which are on the profile)

Gonna give It to brain of chuchu, Mortis has a good chance at the start but he will have a real problem to keep with the brain when It's powernull drop

He'd have a ton of trouble if...it mattered
Isn't directly stated but also nothing indicate his Shovel is magic, so he can still use it, just not his ult but his effects still apply (like the 2.5s recharges, for example). Also the Power Nullification only stays for a while and then he'd prolly had hit enough the minions and by consequence already have his ult, meaning he's ending those guys quick (I also dare saying that because he need to hit 5 things to get his ult, he'd get it real quick, kill the minions and have it again, being able to use it on phase 2).

Also, speeds not equalized and Mortis reacts and attacks faster than brain (brain just moves faster than mortis)

Mortis is comparable to El Primo's feat for 975150000000 J

Brain is equal to Eater who can easily pass through something resisting 7591280000J. Let's go for "7x ap diff is enough for wrecking", than it means Eater's (and consequently brain's) AP is 53138960000J

975150000000÷53138960000≈18,35x AP gap... a couple hits from our Dashingly Handsome fella is enough to wreck it

Would be if it wasn't for a partial lack of range for Mortis, which means brain could still pull off a (maybe some) wincon(s)
Against a flying opponent, Mortis would only be able to use his Super, which demands 5 hits/hitting 5 targets to charge. Considering Mortis only attacks and reacts faster than Brain moves (which, I remind, is faster than Mortis' move speed), could Brain do something?

I don't think so. 18x AP difference also means the Brain can't even harm him. The Brain also summons hundreds of creepers (flying eyeball things) which are much weaker than itself so Mortis would easily be able to use their Super, and also also the Brain goes melee in its second form, meaning Mortis can land a hit in there too.
