Its amazing Slappy is consistent with his 9-B, 9-C ratings.

What does each Slappy lead with?

What does each Slappy lead with?
IDW is unknown (which is why I bloodlusted both of them)

Meanwhile Movie Slappy leads (as in the abilities he uses the most) with Telekinesis, Life Manipulation (bring inanimate objects to life to create minions and if given the chance create armies), Teleportation (mainly for transportation purposes, but he also uses this to get out of situations like in the second movie he used it to escape a box he was locked in and thrown into a river. He can also teleport other things besides himself, like when he teleported all of the manuscripts outside of R.L. Stine's house all at once), and Berserk Mode (rushes his opponent and murders them in brutal but quick ways).
