Also Lightning is actually very rare in Star Wars, with even the likes of Lord Vader not fully mastering it, and blocking it is also an extremely difficult feat in verse.

I thought Vader explicitly couldn't master it because he had a mechanical body and used Kinetite to compensate

Duel wielding is a none issue, Starkiller himself duel worlds in the second game

Anywho, I'm gonna skip to the point.

Ahsoka regularly stalemated Ventress who losses to Anakin. Galen defeats Vader, who is superior to Anakin.

Also, this is Lord Starkiller, so he's stronger than the version of him who defeated Vader to begin with.
