Skid and Pump revisions + some calcs

First of all i made a couple calcs that would upgrade Skid and Pump to Wall Level and give a rating to their Superhuman speed if they get accepted

Changes and additions
Abilities
Skid and Pump should get Self-Ressurection since In Spooky Month - Unwanted Guest they spontaneosly die and are alive in the next scene
Since their eyes become crossed out it's pretty safe to assume they are actually dead
They already have ressurection listed on their profile so this should just be added as a feat under it
Equipment
The Ouija board and "Medicine" should be moved to Optional equipment since Skid and Pump only used them once and don't normally carry them around
Portrait
Skid and Pumps portrait should be replaced by this image
