Sir Lancelot v. Dark Element

If Sir Lancelot uses Time Stop in character he should take this due to Dark Element not using Mind or Soul Manipulation in character.
Dark Elements go to move is BFR but he goes with the target, then Monster Creation to fight for him, and after his monsters are defeated he fights by firing magic arrows, teleporting and increasing his size to that of a small building and firing massive energy beams.
Sir Lancelot has Dimensional Travel so BFR is out. Dark Elements monsters are only 7-B so they get one shotted without effort. Finally, Sir Lancelot also has Teleportation as well so that's not and advantage for Dark Element.
I'm voting Sir Lancelot.
