Simulated MMORPG based characters?

I was wondering if I could post a type of character that are selectively generated, and all their abilities and powers are potentially the same, due to the fact that they all originate from the same universe. I wanted to do this because there are characters that can be ambiguous, like Terrarians or World Guardians on VS Battles Wiki, But I thought that wouldn't be considered an OC, as OCs are usually a single character. My OC is from that same universe and is pretty much the same as everyone else, so I figure it wouldn't hurt to post the information of all of their powers and abilities. Let me know if I am allowed to do that.
