The Shrieker scan isn’t Gonzui, it’s just the basic soul rip that Hollows have like Acidwire yeeting Orihime’s soul out of her body.

Them having Soul Absorption seems fine, but I don't see them all having Gonzui.

This will be handled with Physiology pages for the bleach profiles so while I do agree that Soul Absorption should be noted under the profiles since as it currently stands, it's only Soul manipulation, there's no need for this CRT to add this at the current moment.

Because menos Grande are made of 100s to millions of hollows. Each of these hollows have their own will are fighting for control of the body. Eventual one hollows will takes over the other hollows will and controls the millions of hollows in the menos Grande body.

That just means it has greater Willpower. From that, I see Hollows would have Supernatural Willpower for overcoming the will of hundreds to millions of others (At least the ones who contain all those wills)

Because their all fighting for control of their soul and the others. Which ever hollows will is dominate they control everyone else and thus the whole body. This seems like a form of mind control resistance or possession resistance.
Yes but their will is also able to control the will of the other hollows and thus their able to control the whole body. This should give them possession as well maybe

I am only suggesting to menos Grande and above because they need to be always fighting so that others can't take over.
