Im not gonna open link bcs i dont wanna spoil myself outside this picture but simple resistance to time stop isnt enough for “passive” time stop resistance just because he stopped time mid fight, i dont even know how would passive resistance to that work

What the hell is a passive resistance?? Resistance by itself is passive in nature. Unless you have some conditional resistance that only active and work in some certain condition, or when some requirements are met, which will be listed as Limited or Conditional Resistance

ngl i had a feeling traveler had time stop resistance since 2.1 since shoguns attack freezes time at some point but this one is high 3-A times better and i agree with thread

I also wanted to say that, this resistance can be scaled to the others, especially the Descenders and the Four Shades whose a descenders in nature (because they are part of the First Descender which is the Heavenly Principles)

Traveler said that he can resist that because he's a descender.

Dragon King Nibelung also confirmed as the Second Descender here. Nicole confirmed that the war of funerary flame or the great war of vengeance was the war started by the Dragon King Nibelung upon returning to Teyvat, and it was a war dominance by Dragon King Nibelung vs Heavenly Principles.

This war is supposed to be the war mentioned in the Before Sun and Moon in the Funerary Year where the Heavenly Principles fought the Second Who Came. And after we get this far, this "Second Who Came" is confirmed to be Nibelung himself.

In the Act 1, Lauma further confirmed that the moons were destroyed because of the war triggered by "Descenders", which mean more than one descender. And it was later confirmed that the two out of three moons destroyed by the Heavenly Principles in the war against Dragon King Nibelung.

So, with all of that said.. Dragon King Nibelung was the Second Descender. Therefore, he should also get this resistance.
