In Base, Silver restrain multiple Hedgehogs at once.

Restrain Super Scourge, even though Super Scourge can break out

And defeated Enerjak in Base. (However, Silver didn’t match Enerjak in power but deflected the power back at Enerjak)

Silver’s TK is powerful enough in Base form against Supers and has unknown great potential in Super.

Silver can affect Super Scourge (Don't remember that actual name) that's infinite times stronger than Scourge's baseform, there's absolutely no reason for Silver not being able to body him if he's only in base.

Super Scourge actually overpowers Base Silver's TK, but Silver's TK can hold him for a time.

Its when Super Silver comes out that's be a different story in Silver's favor.
