Eager to get as far away from Diavolo as possible, Chariot Requiem decides to teleport to another universe of your choosing.
The ultimate goal is to defeat Chariot Requiem and retrieve the arrow.
The fight takes place in any plot relevant city with a large population and both main protagonists and antagonists rushing to stop Chariot Requiem and get the arrow.
The fight/chase starts after every living thing in the city falls asleep and swaps souls with the closest person/thing.
The Protagonists and Antagonists are against each other.
There is no set time frame besides ones caused by in universe events.
Anybody with their souls swapped retains their original abilities regardless of form. (Edit: This rule excludes biological/species based abilities, i.e claws)
Everyone is in character while this is happening.
Character starting positions will be where they'll normally be in that city during the day (Cafe, School, etc).
Chariot's speed is not equalized.
Chariot is impervious to any attack besides destroying the light behind the person's head (Chariot's body is still affected by regular attacks, but none will destroy it).
Chariot will not ally itself with any other characters during the fight.
Chariot can reflect any attack that's aimed towards the arrow back towards the attacker, and use their abilities to prevent them from grabbing it.
Chariot can only reflect attacks aimed towards the arrow.
Chariot can use any present character's abilities against them as long as they are a target.
Chariot Requiem cannot leave the city (unless the arrow does, in which case, Chariot will just bring it back into the city)
If the arrow is taken past an invisible barrier of 100 metres away from Chariot Requiem, or if it's kept away from it for 10 seconds, it instantly teleports to the person holding the arrow.
Anybody who successfully uses the arrow will be permanently targeted by Chariot, ignoring everything else (assuming it's still alive somehow).
Anything that holds the arrow for longer than 5 seconds will be targeted by Chariot for 10 seconds.
Chariot will become passive again when: -It retrieves the arrow -Its pursuit of the "5 second arrow holder" is over
Use your imagination to determine what any new requiem abilities will be (assuming the characters can be affected by said arrow).
Scenario 1: Nobody has prior knowledge of Chariot Requiem or the arrow. They have to figure out what's causing it from scratch.
Scenario 2: A plot heavy story point of that universe is taking place while Chariot is present (final fight, dramatic speech, etc).
Scenario 3: All characters know about Chariot Requiem's abilities (except for how to beat it) and what the arrow does.
