Both are in their 8-A keys (Base Johnny vs Post-Stardust fight Teru)

Johnny will have the following equipment:

• Laser Guns
• Turbo Action Backpack
• Paralysis Gas Breath Spray
• Mega Action Game Controller

Speed is equalized.

Fight takes place in Tokyo, Japan.

Man it’s actually been years since I watched Johnny Test good times tbh

To start off Elephants in the room are the Paralysis gas and the Controller.
With the gas is it colored and clearly visible? Cause Teru doesn’t resist being paralyzed. But if it’s clearly visible Teru can just blast away the stuff by flexing her explosive aura. Or just jump really high away from the gas.

With the controller does it have any weaknesses, time limit or conditions? When Does would Johnny want to use it. Going off his standard tactics he’ll just CQC to start since Teru doesn’t use weapons either. Seems like a simple way Johnny could win.

Johnny seems to have some pretty decent luck. Mixed with Johnny’s skill I can imagine it leading to Teru outright missing fire blasts she has no business missing even in closer ranges. Overall hitting Johnny for Teru will be a headache, and I can see her getting irritated.

On Teru’s end she’s over 4x stronger (130 Tons vs 550.86) than Johnny and has empowerment to go higher as well as outclassing Johnny in LS. Which doesn’t help when Teru has regen of her own (even if it’s less potent than Johnny’s). So Johnny’s skill and hax will be most important for him. Teru has prediction that lets her fight against notably faster opponents which will likely put them on a similar playing field. Although I don’t know too much on Johnny’s end. He at least has some regen and the stamina to not just lose in a few hits, but it is notable.

Also if let’s say Teru catches a punch from Johnny and opts to throw and fully restrain him, can he do anything to get out of that?

Based off this, it's colored and clearly visible, so yes. Teru can avoid this. Even if she were to get hit by it, the effects are by no means permanent, and if you watch the clip, Johnny is able to move normally a little while after.

Johnny has decent luck, but it's fairly inconsistent. He's not impossible to hit by any stretch of the imagination, not to mention he's very cocky and arrogant.

Physically speaking, Johnny really has no way of getting out of Teru's grip. I will have to ask what would Teru the moment she restrains him?

I can argue that Johnny can use his Social Influencing to manipulate and/or convince Teru to let go of him (he's very good at manipulating/tricking people).

Noted, then the gas won’t be too much of an Issue for Teru, even if she magically got hit by it the fight isn’t just over

Although the inconsistency of his luck + his arrogance gives Teru a fair shot at possibly winning in the first or second exchange of basic CQC thanks to her stats edge. Although how will Johnny respond when he notices Teru’s hitting harder than him and able to power through his hits? Would he fall back and try relying on his gadgets or to think of a plan?

Physically speaking, Johnny really has no way of getting out of Teru's grip. I will have to ask what would Teru the moment she restrains him?

I can argue that Johnny can use his Social Influencing to manipulate and/or convince Teru to let go of him (he's very good at manipulating/tricking people).

Once he’s on the ground Teru’s options would be to either just beat him down on the head till he goes unconscious or just trying to choke him out till he passes out.
She can also use her flaming aura to melt down Johnny’s gear. Since her heat rating comes from melting stainless steel, unless his backpack and other stuff have particular heat resistances.

Social influencing won’t work thanks to her Passive Telepathy when she’s in really close range with her opponent or physically holding them. She’s able to basically hear his current emotional state and the thoughts currently going through his head. So she’d just hear that he’s lying or has a form of ulterior motive. Unless Johnny has beyond superhuman levels of gaslighting skills.
