Shulk's missing upgrade?

So, upon investigating the power level of Shulk, I came across the blog DDM created used as justification for Shulk's Low 5-C rating, located here. However, upon reading the blog, I noticed that two calculations were made, one for measuring the strength of Bionis' punch, and the other calculating the strength of Mechonis' sword. The scaling currently given to characters at Shulk's level are currently scaled to Bionis' punching power, and not the power of the sword, which boosted the power to 5-B. My question here is, was Shulk and other characters who scale from this blog such as Zanza supposed to receive an upgrade due to this calculation, or was this already discussed and dismissed?

AFAIK the feat is accepted and just waiting to be implemented

I mean, if that's the case, then the change should probably be implemented so this doesn't come up again. I'll go ahead and contact a mod about this.

We already had a heads up on the updated calc. I was waiting for more input on the new abilities that the profiles would get before I edited them.
