Versatility vs AP and Dura

I'd say Building level to Large Building level isn't too big of a gap, and Shovel Knight definitely has the versatility to match, seems fair

Speed Equalized, Shovel Knight doesn't run out of magic, Shovel Knight is in his basic Armor, Zelgius is only using Alondite, Eclipse is restricted, Zelgius is not in his blessed armor
