Apparently Scorpion would know that this person uses magic and his transmutation can be dodged with TP, not to mention that he can BFR to his place where his weapons will become less potent as they are magical in nature. Scorps also has the AP advantage but SK can compensate that with his intangibility and invulnerability. BFR is still a thing though, and ironically Scorpion rarely uses it as intended. It's still a good way to amp himself
