One of Dark Lord's main moves is to point his fingers at someone and cause them to fall asleep and have nightmares, which neither Shovel Knight nor Shield Knight can deal with. So this looks like a stomp.

My bad, never played Pocket Dungeon before.

Dark Lord can obviously keep up with them, seeing as he can fight four characters that are as strong as him, but I think Shovel Knight and Shield Knight have better chances of winning thanks to their equipment and agility, so I'm leaning towards them.
