Should we give saitama cold resistance?

In space there isn't matter for heat to transfer so one only loses energy by emitting infired radiation, but as far as i remember he was on the moon, not in space so i'm not sure.

still there is no atmoshere on the moon

There isn't an atmosphere but their is the ground so heat can transfer.(not so easily as here on earth but it can)

still it is very little heat were space is very cold and he also jumped back to earth form the moon so he was in space for a bit

You can just list it as: Resistance to extreme environmental conditions (Survived in space for a time despite extreme temperatures and deadly radiation)
