They have powerscaling from being stronger than Saiyan Saga Vegeta.

Saiyan Saga Vegeta was Planet Level. Recoome absolutely wrecked a much stronger version of Vegeta. It wouldn't make sense for him to be anything less than Planet Level+.
Tien held off Semi-Perfect Cell, who nearly killed Android 16, who is vastly superior to Future Trunks, who effortlessly killed Freeza. It doesn't make sense for him to be less than Large Planet Level, at that point.
These are just a few examples.
