He has the potential to have the power, but beyond leaving a helpless head in hell he never removed an opponent without being with him, it wouldn't be fair to say in a vsthread something that he never use.
However, he should have Empowerment(/Statistics Amplification?) via being in hell.

But theoretically he could just take someone there and then leave without taking them back and they would have no way back.
