Short Rayas Intelligence Upgrade

I want to upgrade Rayas' intelligence to gifted, since he created his own personal fighting style that allowed him to reach the skill level of a major officer's level.

His self-taught bladework is, according to a friend with the imperial army, at major officer level.

it's already on the profile, but I didn't understand how to quantify intelligence, so I left it at average.

I did it so that I could separate the notable techniques for the respective keys. it isn't for the weapons themselves lol
