Yep. Shion's superior speed should give him an advantage on the first round, possibly granting him the win. As for the second round, Shion also takes it due to atom destruction and durability negation.

Well in either case, i see Shion being the more likely victor still in R1. R2 he beats Saitama as mentioned earlier.

well considering that Shion is not actively trying to kill Saitama in R1 Saitama's experience could compensate...maybe...

True dat. Since Shion isn't actively trying to kill Saitama in the first round, I can see it being a tie or just an inconclusive match leaning towards Shion's favor. So I'll go with a tie for round 1 and a landslide victory in round 2 due to Shion's hax.
