I'm sure it's possible to find an average number for Japanese sewer tunnels, I just dont know how per say
At worst, there's like 1 or 2 shots I can maybe think of to attemp to measure it

These are the only images I think to get a decent size off of the sewer, and I doubt these would be that helpful, so it'll either be uncalcable or some deep diving will have to be done

What do you think about using 8.5 m as the diameter of the explosion? As the explosion itself appears to cover the structure's width.

Idk, this is good you found something but this does say it's one of Japan's largest and I think that'll get called out if we were to get it calced along with proof of it being a Tokyo sewer
